We hope you’ll love your piece. If it isn’t right, you may return unworn items in their original condition, with tags attached, within 14 days of delivery.
Write to info@ranadco.com with your order number and we’ll guide you through it. Return postage is arranged with you directly. Once your return is received and checked, we’ll refund the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind. They follow the same 14-day policy, and your statutory rights are unaffected.
